Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, we offer free-of-charge returns. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will arrange for our shipping company to collect the parcel from your location.
Returns for Other Reasons (Applicable to Attica Region)
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than it being faulty, and you are based in the Attica region, our shipping company can assist you with the return. In this case, a return fee of 5€ will be deducted from the refund amount. Please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Returns for Orders Placed Outside Attica Region
For all orders placed outside the Attica region, the shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the sender. You have the flexibility to choose a shipping company of your preference for the return. Kindly ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Please send us an email with the shipping company and tracking number of the parcel. If the shipping costs are charged by accident to our company, the amount paid will be deducted from the return.
