Due to high volume of orders 2-4 working days are required to prepare your order, as all of our jewellery is made one by one in our workshop in Athens. For pre-order products, which are made exclusively to order, it takes 6-10 working days.

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Payment Methods

Payment upon receipt of your order at your space. This payment method is only available in Greece and it is free of charge.

The deposit must be transferred in the bank account of our company within 2 working days. Bank details will be sent to you via e-mail once the order has been received. When depositing, any bank charges are borne by the customer.

To pay your order via Paypal, you shall be redirected to the Paypal webpage without any contact in any case with data and details of your account.

Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe and easy payment method for our customers. The company shall never become aware of your card or account information. All bank charges must be paid by the customer.

Enjoy the flexibility to shop what you love and split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. The first payment is withdrawn when you check out on our store’s website and the remaining 2 payments are scheduled automatically every 30 days. Klarna is available for all orders over 90€.

Returns

Pre-order Products

All pre-order items such as Engraved products are not eligible for a return at any time as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.

Other Products

You are entitled to return any other item bought on our website, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of delivery, and receive a full refund. All returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In all original packaging

  • With receipt included

We also offer exchanges for all of our products except engraved items.

Faulty items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Reve Jewel piece.

Please Contact Us before returning your item to us, so that we can proceed to a repair, replacement or a full refund of your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 3 business days to process your refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card.

If your order was paid upon delivery, we will contact you for your bank information to complete the refund.

For all international orders the amount that covers shipping costs is excluded from the refund.

For all placed orders in Greece, we offer full refund of the order amount.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, we offer free-of-charge returns. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will arrange for our shipping company to collect the parcel from your location.

Returns for Other Reasons (Applicable to Attica Region)

If you wish to return your item for any reason other than it being faulty, and you are based in the Attica region, our shipping company can assist you with the return. In this case, a return fee of 5€ will be deducted from the refund amount. Please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process.

Returns for Orders Placed Outside Attica Region

For all orders placed outside the Attica region, the shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the sender. You have the flexibility to choose a shipping company of your preference for the return. Kindly ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please send us an email with the shipping company and tracking number of the parcel. If the shipping costs are charged by accident to our company, the amount paid will be deducted from the return.

Customer Care
